TOM YAM @ Restoran Seng Hing

Restoran Seng Hing / Kedai Kopi Seng Hing located at the very end of Block E, Sinsuran KK. They  serve Tuaran Mee, Fried mee hoon, laksa, Fried Rice and many more dishes.....But here i am about to tell you the most famous menu in this restaurant....TOM YAM!

Just look at the banner....Since 1978! Unbelievable right....oh yes, and as you can see from this photo, the owner is a professional ballroom dancer....i manage to catch a glimpse of the certificate, they are the winner of 2012 Ballroom dancer in Taiwan....:)


Well...i love to dine in this restaurant simply because of the menu! The most famous Tom Yam in town is served in this restaurant. Me & hubby been dining here since - well i can only recall according to the price changes..eheheh- back on those days the price is around RM4.50. Then its been increase to RM5.50 until now the highest price so far RM8.00! Just imagine that!! Despite of the increasing of price, folks is still lining up to grap a seat just to have a chance to experience the delightful taste of hot, creamy, spicy, reddish but yet sweet full of spices flavour which most popular ingredients in asean cuisine. Just look at these photos....

I can guarantee you that all the ingredients such as the shrimps and fishes are all fresh!

Nasi Ayam CP aka Nasi Ayam 2.80

Nasi Ayam CP located at the basement floor of Centre Point Kota Kinabalu shopping Complex. Previously it is known as Nasi Ayam 2.80. The brand originally sell the cheapest Nasi Ayam (Chicken Rice) in town. It is cheap yet delicious Nasi Ayam that only cost you RM2.80. The different between other nasi ayam seller is that Nasi Ayam CP served in a lunch box not in a plate! Yep...you heard me there...another interesting experience to eat Nasi Ayam in a lunch box or 'tapau' box we called it here....

And this is another premise of the fast-growing Nasi Ayam CP. Located at the same floor. 

Nowadays the Nasi Ayam CP not only served you Nasi Ayam, but it is also provide 3 other new dishes, i.e Ngau Chap, Beef Kon Lau Mee and Chicken Kon Lau Mee. These 3 new dishes already attracted crowd to taste the delicious yet marvellous meal in town.

Below is the Ngau Chap Mee Hoon...I just can't stop thinking about this Ngau Chap once i tried it...sooooo full of flavour....

And this is the Beef Kon Lau Mee....my hubby favourite!..believe me, every time we came here, he will order this one...and he can eat 2 bowls of this....ehehee.. :)

You can come and try this yourself....the Beef Kon Lau and Ngau Chap cost only RM5.50...and it also got Halal Certification - if i'm not mistaken...Muslim and Non-Muslim can dine here....so what are you waiting for??  (Sorry, no photo of  the Nasi Ayam, cos me & hubby having the Beef Kon Lau and Ngau Chap only...ehehe...myb some other time k! ;))

Tuaran Mee anyone??

The BEST Tuaran Mee (for me & 9 out of 10 people recommended this)...

The photos will show you how 'good-looking' the Tuaran Mee looks like....even the 'looks' can mesmerized you..wait until you taste it yourself....believe me you won't regret it....
